Window stuck down 700

My rear driver's side window is stuck in the down position.

I'm fairly sure that it is not the regulator, because this isn't the first time I have had this problem.

The first time the window would go down, but not up. The switch worked in the down position but not the up.

Because the windows worked fine before, and I had recently installed a switch bank with power mirror toggles, I thought the new switch was defective. Swapping in the old switch bank allowed me to roll up the window, and I thought nothing more of it until today.

I rolled the windows down, and when I went to roll the rear driver's side window up, nothing happened. Same symptoms as before. Swapping switches in the front and back did nothing, and the contacts looked fairly clean on all the switches. The regulator is completely dead. It makes no noise at all.


Any thoughts? Bad ground maybe?
