My sister is a student in Rochester, NY, and the throttle valve cable on her '89 240 went out on her. I'm located in Wisconsin and my dad's in Minnesota, and neither of us are able to get out to New York to make the repair. Can anyone recommend a reputable independent Volvo mechanic, or at least a good shop that does European work?
