brake lights out 900

Hey all, i got a 1993 940 and the problem of the day is that both rear brake lights don't work. Tailights and fog lights work, but the brake lights don't.
Noticed this when i couldn't shirt the car out of park like normal (with foot on brake), and i had to use the shift overide button at the base of the knob.

Anyways, i read up on other posts. Due to the shift problem, is it more likely to be fuse or relay or anything else?
