No warm-up idle 700 1987

Hi guys,

After cleaning my TB (and having a stable idle of 950rpm), I seem to have no 'warm-up' high idle period. Is this normal? Did I mess up my IAC?

I haven't yet gotten around to re-setting my idle. Would that restore normal operation?
