Weber DGV Filter 120-130

I have a 1966 122s that has a 20 year old Weber DGV (water choke). The air filter presently on the carb is 1.75 inches tall. I note that Weber Carb Direct has an assembly that is 2.5 inches. Any suggestions as to which might be a better fit?

Also, the Weber needs a tune, I think. (I just getting the car back on the road). The car runs OK, but just doesn't "pull" as I remember it. I suppose I could learn to do this myself (and would like to), but I'm pressed for time. Anybody know a mechanic in the Philadelphia area that could help me out with the Weber tune?
