Please help me spend some MONEY. 700 1991

I have a 91 745 Turbo standard trans a 93 245 auto.
I have a garage full of common tools.

What I think that I NEED (justification to the wife) to maintain the 2 red block car:
1. a fuel pressure test kit like the one on JCwhitney website for CIS system, but mine is LH2.4, where do I get one?
2. a compression test kit. It looks like that the one on their website will work
3. a timing light (I never used one before, I think that I can learn it easily). Should I just get one from Autozone or is there one you brickboarder like?
4. what else?
