Gadzooks!
I finally got the 944 back together after pulling the tranny to change the rear crank seal. While I had it out I changed the front seal on the transmission also. I dreaded starting this project because I am too darn old to crawl around under these things, but it gave me a chance to inspect the suspension front to rear, install a new set of tie rod outers, put a new resonator bracket on, pull the shifter out for a cleanup and new bushings, the usual stuff. The best thing is that there is not a puddle of oil under the car tonight, and I shouldn't have to do this for another 200,000 miles (on this car)!
Regards,
