Grrr... tinkered with fuse panel. Now left low beam doesn't work 700 1989

I unplugged the green wires from the rear of the fuse panel (fuse 19) to do a general clean and now the low-beam for the left headlight does not work. The high-beam works fine though.

I've replaced the bulb with a new one, reseated the green wire connectors to fuse 19, changed the fuse, even tried it without the headlight relay, and it makes no difference.

Does anyone have any tips?
