How hard/easy is it to change engine & transmission mounts? 200

One thing my new wagon definitely needs are new rubber mounts all around. The passenger side mount is swollen with oil that has blown out of the valvecover at the oil cap gasket over the years. The transmission mount felt like bubble gum when I was under there replacing the fluid.

How easy is it to change them out? What are the easiest steps? Do I need to worry about anything when jacking the engine mashing on the tranny tunnel or pulling apart (engine to body ground cable?)

The mounts look simple, but I wanted to ask before I have the drivetrain laying on the crossmember and I'm pinned under it ;)

I forgot to mention that I've got the manual transmission. One mount in the back.
