Wiring stereo #1 fuse to coil = no start 200

Been trying to get a stereo hooked up in my 83 245. I've got the speaker wires all converted over to the rca plugs on the stereo. The ground is there hooked up properly, the constant 12+ is good. The main wirer that passes comes from ignition is no show. No power read. I looked at the schematics in Bently and found a missing wire from the front contact on fuse #1. (stereo) I ran a 16g wire from the coil (on the side closest the battery, not the 15 contact on the other side. The wire running out the fuse box shows power I believe. The one in front is the new to the coil. I'm not showing any power to the power to stereo wire at the factory plastic clip thing. The car wouldn't start either so I took it off the coil and it started pretty much right up.

My other problem of the day was fixed with help of the archive. After cleaning my IAC the idle surged to 1500. No vacume leaks could be found. I read about putting a couple drops of engine oil in it after you clean it. In another post it mentioned hitting the thing with a hammer. I had just the right small hammer to do it with. The idle cleaned right up and settled with a 150rmp roller coaster.
