What else might cause blow-by gas and oil...? 200 1989

Recently I've replaced the oil breather box, Oring and associated hoses, flame trap, etc.

I also replaced the oil fill cap Oring. For a month everything stayed fine, now I have a small amount of oil blowing out of the filler cap and a slight bit coming from the dipstick, whose Oring seems shot anyhow.

The only thing I didn't do was check to see if that tube from the oil breather box to the bottom of oil pan was clogged.

Other than that, what else could be the cause?
