Idiot Gauge for Oil Doesn't Work 200 1984

I just purchased a 1984 242 DL non-turbo with 112k miles. The oil light, and only the oil light, does not light up when I turn the ignition key. I replaced it twice with known good bulbs, but it still does not work. Plesae help!!! Thanks
