Freeing the Lower A-Arm 120-130

Since they are the same or better, I've decided to remove, clean, paint, and re-bush the lower A-arms left from my 1971 1800E so that I can finish the front suspension rebuild and re-bush on my 1968 130.

My 130 must have its lower A-Arm bushings replaced on the passenger side.
lots of clunking on the road and clearly loose on the rear bushing when I jack the car up.

I carefully disassembled my spare 1800E cross-member and have have removed and stored everything but the lower A-Arms.

I can't get that big bolt to release!

I've removed the nylock nut but the bolt end on both sides are frozen.

Are there any tricks (aside from liberal application of penetrating oil) to getting this bolt to release? I figure I can cut the bolt head off if I get desperate, but what will I do if I cannot get the 130's lower A-arms to come loose???

The pivot bolt is one thing for which I do not have a spare.
