'88 240 Brake Bleeding 200

Good Day Folks;
We are having a big problem with my son Barrie 240 wagon's brakes. He had a stuck front caliper piston and we changed both sides. After pressure bleeding (using the procedure described in the Haynes manual) it we did not have any pedal pressure. We have changed the master cylinder (three times, two rebuilts and now a new one) and the brake proportioning valve. We pressure bled the system again and we still have no pedal pressure. The brake lines are good and the rubber hoses are new. The car does not have ABS. Anybody got any ideas?

Regards;
Mike Coleman
