93 940 driver mirror repair 900

My drivers side electric mirror needs repair as it goes from side to side properly but not up an down... I took it apart and it needs a little white nylon toothed piece that was broken. Or possibly the round piece that actually holds the mirror itself and has both of these white toothed things intact...

Anyone have one of these available? Or is this a part that can be purchased?
