Does a 960 make a good DD? 900

Theres a nice looking 1996 960 for sale, 138k near me. I have always wanted a Volvo, but it seems like the 960 is somewhat of a bastard volvo. IPD doesnt carry anything for it, nor does VLVWORLD. And Napa doesnt have much, should I steer clear from this and wait for a nice 240 to pop up? Thanks
