Voltage drop with turn signals and/or parking lights 200 1982

Car in question this time.. my wife's '82 242. with the accessory gauges above and to the left of the vents in the console.

We noticed last week that the the volt gauge would drop with each click of the turn signal. Then noticed it would drop lower when parking lights were turned on.. to at or slightly below 12v (hard to say exactly, as it only has marks for 10v and 16v, but if the middle is 13... well...)

It seemed to be charging fine though, so I didn't bother with it.

Then, last week, had shrieking noises and no charge. I thought it was a seized bearing, but... turned out just to be a bolt that fell out, alternator loose, belts slipping. I figured that'd fix the other issue too... I fixed that today, and according to that gauge on the dash, she's charging fine.

But, the turn signal/parking light issue persists. They share no bulbs, so it's hard to think that could be an issue. I also noticed the accessory ambient temperature gauge drops with the turn signals and/or parking lights... could this just be a gauge issue? Voltage stabilizer or something maybe?

All the lights do seem to be working fine. Turn signals, parking lights... dummy lights on dash... all do what they are supposed to.

Any thoughts appreciated...
