I have a 1979 242 DL that has really tight steering. It's not a problem on the road, but parking for example is really tough, or anytime I need to maneuver tight spaces. The manual shows where I can add power steering fluid, but I swear when I look under the hood there is no reservoir.

Does my car have power steering or not? How would I fix the tight steering?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
