Are O2 sensor bung hole & header pipe test hole same size? 200

Something inside my CAT is rattling [when I bang on it], and produces an annoying buzzing at certain RPMs and I am getting ready to replace it and some other exhaust components.

My O2 sensor is attached to the CAT [don't have EGR, so I don't know why this CAT is on there], but I would like to switch it to the headerpipe if the test hole bung will accept it. That way I can save $50 on a new CAT.
