control arm removal troubles 200

Today I attempted to remove my front control arms on my 88 240 so I could replace the rear bushings with new poly ones, and also to replace my drivers side balljoint. I managed to get every bolt/nut off except for the bolts that go through the front control arm bushings. They won't budge at all! With all the other fasteners removed, the control arm also seems to spring upward. Does anyone know a trick to getting these bolts out? I can't even hammer them out plus it is difficult to get a straight run at them with the steering rack/tie rods in way. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

thanks,
cton.
