Factory LSD in 7/9 series 900

I just recently did an auto to manual swap in my 93 945t and am now looking at swapping in a 3.31 or 3.54 rear to drop my highway rpm's. On average, at highway speeds I'm running about 500rpm's higher than I was with the Aw71. Unfortunately, there is no aftermarket limited slip option anymore for the <3.73(the truetrac is only available for the 3.73+)

So my question is, what years/models came with a factory LSD in a 3.54 or 3.31(if LSD was even available for that ratio).
