FCP calipers vs. IPD calipers 700

Well, I'm curious as to anyone's experience with these calipers. Anyone have the experience with either company's product? The FCP calipers, at $60 or so, are very cheap, but "cheap" and caliper should be somewhat contradictory, yes? Plus, I've had problems with FCP delivering substandard parts to me last year, but that's worthy of another thread. All said, if they are equal, I've save the $40 or so and just order the FCP units. Thanks.
