Weber carburetor question 140-160

Hi. The previous owner of my '72 142 installed a Weber DGV 32/36 carburetor on it. This is my first Weber. The car has been sitting for a few years. It does seep some gas and is not always happy to be running. I thought it would be wise to rebuild it. How difficult is it? Are all rebuild kits equal? As far as my skill level is concerned, I was able to be rebuild my SU's on my PV and it runs great now.
