Check Engine Light on and OBD reads 2-1-2 O2 Sensor 200 1990

Yesterday my Check Engine Light popped on, then went off, now back on. The Diagnostic Module flashed 2 - 1 - 2. Bentley, and the FAQ says this is the Oxygen Sensor. I ordered a new one from FCP this morning.

How accurate is this code, is the sensor likely to be the problem, or should I also look other places?

I felt each injector with the car running, and each seems to feel the same, very slight vibe sensation to the finger tip.

I did change the air filter this morning, and when I removed the short stiff hose from the filter box to the AMM, the screen on the AMM inlet had fallen off and was in the hose. The retaining spring clip popped off. I bent the spring back to give it more holding power, and reinstalled.

There's no noticeable change in performance with the CEL on.
