Rusty backing plate bolts 200

The easiest jobs make for the biggest problems! I wanted to replace the drivers front brake backing plate that had turned to swiss cheese and thought it would be an easy job- I needed to do the wheel bearings anyway!. But two of the three bolts froze until they rounded off. (despite being bathed in PB Blaster!) So, any tips on getting these suckers out? I have tried vise grips, but they're still too tight! Should I try a torch to heat it up? Anything to be concerned about getting too close to? Thanks in advance! Greg
