Hello everyone. After months of trying to figure this out myself i am stumped. I have a 85 245 wagon and i have been getting really bad gas mileage, 17-18 MPG for about a year now. The engine runs very eraticly and idles high most of the time. At first i thought it wast the fuel pressure reg so i replaced it with no improvement. I also cleaned my Mass air meter with a little improvement but still having problems. I am thinking now that maybe it is bad injector(s). Possibly one is getting stuck open. Is there a way to test for that? Any input would be apreciated thanks.
