OBD codes - now you see them, now you don't - Possible bad RSR? 700 1990

My Regina 745 lights up the Check Engine light every so often. I read the codes a couple of months ago and came up with a 2-2-1, which the FAQ says is a bad oxy sensor. I tested it, and it reads really low. I busied myself with looking for the proper sensor cheap enough.

The CEL started coming on more often, sometimes staying lit after startup. Yesterday I read the codes again and cam up with the familiar 2-2-1, plus 1-2-2 and 3-2-1. Those are for no signal from IAT and bad cold start injector.

I have also had all along a longish crank time and an occasional stall on putting the car in gear after a cold start, combined with a slightly rough idle at stoplights.

The IAT code I am not worried about. I vaguely remember unplugging it recently, so I may have caused that myself.

The cold start injector code in the FAQ says it indicates a bad Radio Suppression Relay. Can a weak/intermittent RSR be causing my idle issues?

I have reset the codes yesterday and drove home ant to work this morning with the CEL not lighting up at all.
