Time to do Struts, what else should I do at the same time. Will aso be doing steering rack btw 200 1988

I just got a set of new Michilen Pilot Exalto tires and before I install them I'm going to repalce the struts and the steering rack. I have noticed that while I push down on the car I get a terrible squeeking sound, I think it is the right strut, but not sure. Also, wondering if it is the sway bar end link. I used the IPD grease on the upper mounts, not on the end links though. The car has the 25/23 IPD bar kit and 195 60 15 tires with the Virgo wheels. It is not lowered. The car has good KYB shocks in the back but the springs tend to sag a little. I'm considering wagon springs, but I'm not sure. The front is my pirority at this point. Oh and the rear trailing arm bushings were done a couple months ago.
