83 245 need new gas tank. 200

Anyone know where to get a new gas tank or the name of that stuff you use to coat the inside to get rid of the rust?

I replaced the sending unit and in tank pump two years ago and maybe 3000 miles ago. The sock filter was recently replaced again since it was looking like it had a lot of rust both with color and particles. I think my new main fuel filter is clogging up already too. The sending unit I got out of an 89 look new but now it has some rust on it.

Been searching the archive. Sounds like since 79 all tanks are the same and are all made of metal.
