LH 2.4 code 2-3-2, too lean at idle ?? engine shaking while idling,tapping noise 200 1991

my daughter called and said her '91 240 was running rough and it was shaking.I went over and checked things out and the check engine light was on so I ran the OBD codes and came up the 2-3-2.Is it the o2 sensor or the 561 ECU the car has.How can I tell?
