740 turbo bucking/missing under load 700

My car is an 87 740 turbo with a m46, anyways the car starts to buck when the revs hits 4500rpm, i recently put a new AMM, 2.5" exhaust, new plugs, new wires (craving boost ones), a new distributor cap, tps, wiring harness (dave barton's), fpr, injectors cleaned, ipd cam, and the valve adjusted 1000kms ago ( at A class in sydney).
Can anyone shed any light on the problem? my thoughts are it could be a fuel delievery problem or manybe clutch slip.
