Poor gas mileage 945T 900

Our '95 945T's gas mileage has dropped from 19-20 mpg to 15 mpg. So far, I have swapped out the MAF (with my 940T), replaced the cap, rotor, plugs and wires, air filter. THe car recently passed emissions testing- CO,HC and NOx were all just a bit worse than the 940T. I have monitored the ECT voltage at the computer for a week or so-readings seem to be very close to the 940T's.Tried spraying both butane and carb cleaner aroung the intake tract-got no surge that would indicate a vacuum leak. Any body got any ideas? This car has always smelled rich while warming up and had an alarming incident or two in April where it suddenly got so rich it was running poorly and stinking of unburned gas. After I cleaned the plugs, that has not reocurred. But mileage has dropped and seems to be stuck at 15mpg around town for the past month at least.
sredwine Oh, yeah car has 175K (940 has 208K)
