3 Row radiators for the 940 Turbos 900 1991

I have a 1991 Turbo Wagon. Are the 3 row radiators still available and do they really help to keep the turbos cooler? Could I just switch the electric fan all the time in the summer heat?

Appreciate any user comments are other ideas on how to keep ol'Sven cool in the heat.
