power steering rack leak---where steering shaft goes into rack 200 1989

Last year I replaced the rack and pump with no major issues. It has been working since since then, but it has suddenly developed a pretty good leak. It took me awhile to figure out where it is, but the leak is where the steering shaft goes into the rack.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
