binding front brakes fixed itself? 700

A while back I did the front brakes on my 91 740. This included new pads , rotors, new brake lines , new caliper pins and rebuilt calipers. The passenger side would did not rotate freely as the drivers side. In fact initially the right side was a bit hotter and caused some concerns. It did not get to the point of overheating in my estimation. After a couple hundred miles or so I jacked up the front and did the rotation test..strangely enough it doesnt bind like it did before...I lost some sleep over this one but it seems to have fixed itself..strange
