Strut mounts 200

Hey all,
I've got the strut mounts off of the '86 245 I'm parting out; 130k miles on them. How can I tell if they're worth saving?

They look good, but the bearings were stiff and sounded like they had some dirt inside. I sprayed WD40 and worked the bearings a bit - they turn very well now, but seem a little dry, like I washed out the grease with the WD40. Any way to repack these? Because the rubber looks solid, I just worry about the bearing.

Is there a test to tell if they're still good?

Thanks,
Sean
