Removing AC 200 1984

My compressor pulley is getting noisy and since the AC never worked to begin with, I've decided to just remove the entire AC from my 84, and maybe give the old girl a break. I picked up a PS bracket from a non-AC 240 on eBay a while back but it's buried up in the attic somewhere and I'll need to dig it out. In the meantime what am I in for besides a new PS belt?? Looks pretty straight forward but any issues to watch for?? Pretty sure any freon that was in the system is depleted.

thxx.
