Removing a B20 - No Hoist Loops? 140-160

So I'm preparing to remove the B20 out of my '75 244 (I know, I know, wrong forum - you guys have more B20 experience than my forum!). The service manual says to use the Volvo SSTs for removing the engine (bolt-on loops). I don't have these. Is there another way to remove the engine without purchasing these special bolt-on loops?
