Can hydraulic motor mounts on 740's be replaced with the solid mounts? 700

Hey,

My 1990 740 GL, auto trans, has bad motor mounts.

The cheapest hydraulic mounts I can find are 30 bucks apiece.

I can get the solid mounts, as used in manual transmission cars, for 10 apiece.

Can you put the manual transmission style mounts in an automatic transmission car?
