3rd brake light 200 1989

My 3rd brake light does not work. I've replaced the bulb today still no luck. The harnesses are also new within the last six months. I went the headliner route instead of putting them back through the hinges. I've checked to make sure the bulb seats properly and makes proper contact....Help.
