rocker switches in center console - unplugged them all, can't reassemble 200 1993

Hi - 1993 NA 245

Trying to hunt down a vacuum leak (maybe, the re-circ flapper will not close, just close half way and hiss at me, but that is another story) I unplugged all the switches from the center console and now have a jumble of wires.

What goes where?

Specifically, I have a rocker switch for the rear window defrost, the side mirror defrost, the AC, the fasten seatbelt warning light, the SRS plug, the center light the four way hazard switch, and the AC.

It seems like there is one back wire that plugs into each of the rice grain illumination bulbs, and goes through the main light. The four way flasher has a unique plug, so that one is easy to figure out.

All the other ones share the same connector. Aside from trial and error, is there any way to know by wire color what goes where?

Since it is summer, the only one I need to get right for now is the AC one. But no matter which one I plug in, I don't seem to be getting any cold air (AC worked before I tore the center console apart).

Also, does it matter on the serial black wire what order I plug them into the little lights that tell you when a feature is activated? Does the SRS need a plug for any reason? Should I be worried that I have more wires with little spade connectors than have rocker switches?

Does it matter if I plug the switches in wrong?

ANY ideas, thoughts would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
