What a bear of a job that was!
The front bushing bolt was seized solid and spinning in the rubber bushing. Had to cut my way in, burn out the rubber and glow the centre bushing orange to break the bolt loose. This job ranks in the gold member status with the TABS.
Anyway. The book calls for leaving the Rr and Ft bolts loose until you get it on the ground and load/seat the bushings before tightening. Makes sense to me. However on the B21 you need to remove the exhaust downpipe to gain access to the Rr bushing nut. Do I actually have to do this? I could not see any suspension shop doing that. Is there an easier option? What if i tighten before i load it (I suspect that is what the local susp shop would do)
