need new tailights for my 1991 240 , should I get the oem valeo ones from tasca volvo 200 1991

Hello all, my tailigts on my 1991 240 sedan are leeking bad they are old and not oem , they are aftermarket from the junkyard. I live here in florida and it has been raining every day very hard. They are getting water in them , and I keep blowing fuse # 7 brakelights. the plastic is somewhat melted around the ssockets and the circuit boards are worn . Will a new pair of oem valeo tailights fix my problem, and most of all are the new oem ones sealed very good so rainwater wont get in ? .I would appreciate all replies , rf64
