1992 960 Broken head bolt. Fix or not fix for that? 900

Is there a way to fix that. The broken part of the bolt is down in the well. I don't really want to invest time and money fixing the old car, but just know since I have another 960.
The death of the engine was caused by the serpentine belt. It threaded part of it and found its way into the timing belt case. Wrapped around the crank broking the timing belt, bent 5 valves and now the darn bolt. Is done, I think.
Thanks
