Brake bleeding procedure. 3 bleeder screw type 200

Can anyone give easy instruction on how to bleed the front calipers that have the 3 bleed screw design.
It appears to be one nipple on the inner, one on the outer and one on top.
Nowhere seems to be very clear on how to bleed these. I have thoroughly read the faq in this board and my haynes so I know the whole system needs done, and the bleed order etc, just not totally clear on the steps for the 3 bleed screw type.

Canb anyone help?
