240 still runs rich 200

I replaced the fuel pressure regulator. it is still running rich. I get 2-3-1 & 2-3-2 fault codes. What else can I invest in? this problem is making me go broke. I'm just about ready to breakdown & take it to a shop. Any recomdations for So Calif, orange Co.
