tensioning A/C belt 200 1984

Looked around the forums and could not find a thing. Looked through Bentley and Haynes books and they don't even mention anything. From the forums, loosen 2 bolts (13 mm) and then counterclockwise with the 3rd (10 mm). The question is are these bolts located towards the drivers side fender. I can see those three bolts, but the 2 13mm bolts look like mounting bolts. Pictures would help!
