can i use parts from a 1985 740 on my 1990 740? Seat, tires, starter, fuel pumps -- 1990 740 & 1991 240-- 700 1990

a friend just called she said her beloved 1985 740 GLE wagon was dead, and she was going to scrap it! She just got new tires last month, both fuel pumps last week, and a starter last month....Are any of these a match for me?
also i have a 1991 240 can i use the drivers seat from her car?
