Need advice on a seized brake line hose 200 1991

I have a front caliper to replace. The line fitting on the caliper is badly seized and also where the line connects to the hose on the shock tube is also very badly seized. The better looking connection is on the fender wall where the hose joins on the the bralkline going to the MS.
Does anyone have any tips on removing these? My thought was to delicately cut the hose fitting off of the brake line at the fender side and replace the hose and caliper line.
Anyone that can offer better suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
