I cracked my windshield! 700 1987

Hi folks,

I'm so frustrated. The cowl was glued to the driver's side windshield glass, and while leveraging between the two, so that I could cut the black goo with a razor, the windshield cracked - about 10 inches. My fault, really, since I was using a piece of soft balsa wood to hold the two apart while I got my fingers in there. I'm really surprised, though, that it happened.

How much does a new window cost? :P :O :(
